Delivery Time:

• Delivery time for orders which are to be delivered in metropolitan cities will be delivered within 1-9 business days.
• Orders which are to be delivered in other cities will be delivered within 2-11 business days.
• Items which are out of stock may required additional time.

Delivery Charges & Advances:

• Free delivery on all orders exceeding PKR 1,500 
• Orders which exceed PKR 30,000 in COD require a 10% advance. The advance amount will be adjusted in the COD payment during the time of delivery.

Custom Orders:

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all custom orders.
• Customization Charges: Additional charges may apply based on the complexity or specific details of your request. These will be shared in advance for approval.
• No Refunds or Exchanges: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made exclusively to your specifications.
• Transit Damages: If a custom item is damaged during delivery, Doorpey will resolve the issue according to the "Damaged Items" policy below and send the corrected product at no extra cost.

Damaged Items

• In order to process a damage claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video should be taken before the product is removed from its packaging and should clearly show the entire unboxing process.
• The video must capture the condition of the packaging upon arrival, the opening process, and the first inspection of the product.
• Customers who receive damaged items are required to notify us within 12 hours of receipt via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0303-0715376. Please provide order details and images/videos documenting the damage for assessment.

Replacement Process:

• Secure Packing: Once the damage is reported and documented, customers are required to securely pack the product to prevent further damage during transit.
• Drop-off/Pickup: Customers will be instructed to drop off the securely packed product at the designated courier partner's location in their city. Doorpey will provide the necessary consignment note for the return shipment.
• Replacement Dispatch: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, Doorpey will promptly dispatch a replacement product to the customer.

Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed and safely returned.

Return & Refund Policy

• We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To return an item, please contact us via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109 within 7 days of the delivery date and we will process your return. 
• You will then need to securely pack and ship the item back to us at your own expense. 
• Doorpey is able to provide a shipping label of one of its partner courier companies and the resulting charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• If there are any damages occurred during return transit due to improper packing, we will assess the damage and deduct the amount from the refund amount after prior intimation. 
• Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made items.

Exchange Policy

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you can do so within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To exchange an item, please contact us via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109 within 7 days of the delivery date and we will process your exchange.
• You will then need to pack the item and ship it back to us at your own expense. Doorpey is able to provide a shipping label of one of its partner courier companies and the resulting charges will be added to the new product.
• Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. Delivery charges of the exchange item will be added to the product as well.
• If there are any damages occurred during exchange transit due to improper packing, we will assess the damage and charge the amount with the new product. 
• Please note that we do not accept any exchanges on custom-made items.
