Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
To return an item, please contact us via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109 within 7 days of the delivery date and we will process your return.
You will then need to securely pack and ship the item back to us at your own expense.
Doorpey is able to provide a shipping label of one of its partner courier companies and the resulting charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
If there are any damages occurred during return transit due to improper packing, we will assess the damage and deduct the amount from the refund amount after prior intimation.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made item
