Delivery & Returns

Order Cut-off Times:

  • All orders which are placed before 05:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders which are received after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders which are received on public holidays or on Sundays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charge:

  • FREE delivery on all orders above PKR 1,500 

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery time for orders which are to be delivered in metropolitan cities will be delivered within 1-6 days.
  • Orders which are to be delivered in other cities will be delivered within 2-7 days.
  • Items which are out of stock may required additional time.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To return an item, please contact us via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109 within 7 days of the delivery date and we will process your return. 
  • You will then need to securely pack and ship the item back to us at your own expense. 
  • Doorpey is able to provide a shipping label of one of its partner courier companies and the resulting charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • If there are any damages occurred during return transit due to improper packing, we will assess the damage and deduct the amount from the refund amount after prior intimation. 
  • Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made items.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you can do so within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To exchange an item, please contact us via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109 within 7 days of the delivery date and we will process your exchange.
  • You will then need to pack the item and ship it back to us at your own expense. Doorpey is able to provide a shipping label of one of its partner courier companies and the resulting charges will be added to the new product.
  • Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. Delivery charges of the exchange item will be added to the product as well.
  • If there are any damages occurred during exchange transit due to improper packing, we will assess the damage and charge the amount with the new product. 
  • Please note that we do not accept any exchanges on custom-made items.

Damaged Items

  • Customers who receive damaged items are required to notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at doorpey.ecom@gmail.com or through WhatsApp 0336-4444109. Please provide order details and images/videos documenting the damage for assessment. 
  • To proceed with a free replacement, customers must document the damage by providing clear images or videos showcasing the issue. This documentation is necessary for our records and to expedite the resolution process.

Replacement Process:

  • Secure Packing: Once the damage is reported and documented, customers are required to securely pack the product to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Drop-off/Pickup: Customers will be instructed to drop off the securely packed product at the designated courier partner's location in their city. Doorpey will provide the necessary consignment note for the return shipment.
  • Replacement Dispatch: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, Doorpey will promptly dispatch a replacement product to the customer.

Note: Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed and safely returned.
