Delivery & Returns

Order Cut-off Times:

  • All orders which are placed before 10:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders which are received after 10:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders which are received on public holidays or on Sundays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charge:

  • FREE delivery on all orders above PKR 1,500 

Delivery Time:

  • Selected products are available for Same Day delivery in Lahore and Karachi.
  • Delivery time for orders which are to be delivered in metropolitan cities will be delivered within 1-3 days.
  • Orders which are to be delivered in other cities will be delivered within 2-5 days.

Damages:

  • If a product is found damaged during transit, Doorpey will provide a free replacement product.
  • You must inform Doorpey of the damaged product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
